As the COVID infection numbers continue to rise, the entire ministry team at Saint Francis Parish has been forced to make some hard decisions. It has been our hope and prayer that we could avoid another shutdown, however, we cannot allow our parish to become a hot spot of infection either.
As such, we have decided to return to virtual services for the next several weeks. Our Community Thanksgiving meal will be cancelled this year. Our Confirmation Mass scheduled for December 13 will go on as planned with a few additional precautions to make sure we keep everyone safe.
We will also return to offering communion in the parking lot at 4:00 PM for anyone who wishes to receive.
We know this is a difficult time and we want to honor our scriptural mandate to love one another by protecting everyone from this deadly disease. We pray that you will continue to support our parish financially during this time and that we will be able to return to in-person services soon.
Until then, Father Matt and myself are always available by phone, Skype, Viber, and Facebook to help and assist you any way that we can.
Blessings and Be Safe!
