♣ Welcome to Our Saint Francis Parish  •  Pax et Bonum

All Are Welcome

A safe space for all people, rooted in the love of Christ and the welcome of the Gospel.

All Are Welcome

At Saint Francis Parish & Outreach, we believe the Church should be a place of grace, truth, dignity, and peace. We are an inclusive and affirming Old Catholic parish, and we are committed to being a safe space for all people.

Our welcome is not a slogan or an afterthought. It is part of our charism as a parish. We seek to receive each person with compassion, reverence, and respect, trusting that every human being bears the image of God and is worthy of love and care.

A Parish of Radical Hospitality

Saint Francis Parish & Outreach welcomes LGBTQIA+ persons, immigrants, families, seekers, longtime Christians, former churchgoers, and those who may have been hurt, excluded, or made to feel unsafe in other religious settings.

Open Communion

We practice an open communion. All who desire to receive the grace of God at the altar are welcome to come forward. We do not treat the Holy Eucharist as a reward for the already worthy, but as a gift of grace in the life of the Church.

The Sacraments Are Not Denied

We do not deny the sacraments to those who come seeking the grace of God. This conviction is part of our parish charism and part of how we understand the pastoral generosity of the Gospel.

A Safe Space for All People

To say that all are welcome also means that we are committed to being a safe and faithful parish home. We want Saint Francis Parish & Outreach to be a place where people can pray, worship, ask questions, seek healing, and grow in faith without fear of rejection or humiliation.

Come As You Are

Whether you are visiting for the first time, returning to church after many years, searching for a parish home, or looking for a Christian community where you will be welcomed with honesty and kindness, you are invited to come and pray with us.
